Statutory Compliance Audit

At Certified Technical, we provide statutory compliance audits for NHS hospitals, private clinics, care homes, education, student accommodations, leisure centres, central and local government and housing stock.

We comprehensively review Mechanical & Electrical compliance to safeguard property owners from risks associated with their buildings and related assets.

We will examine your inspection, testing and maintenance records to identify where you may have gaps in health and safety compliance and help plug any gaps that we may find during the site survey.

We will review building fabric elements and asset conditions to determine if the buildings comply with and are maintained to all current statutory requirements and guidance notes.
